In 2011, i4Change was founded by Gopinath Mullath, Mrs. Vedapriya S took on the role of CEO as a pioneering training and placement company dedicated to skill development and career transformation. Over the years, it has successfully trained nearly 200,000 students and placed around 150,000 candidates across major cities like Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and NCR, establishing itself as a trusted industry leader.
iZZi i4Change Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals—especially women—through education and career advancement. The foundation provides training, mentorship, and employment opportunities to help women achieve financial independence and professional success.
To expand its impact, iZZi i4Change Foundation was co-founded as an NGO focused on skill-building and inclusive employment, ensuring that opportunities for growth and development reach even the most underserved communities.
